21. The Buyer shall pay the Seller instantly. If the Purchaser fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, keep delivery of any further Item to the Buyer and may end, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all surviving contracts between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Price is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise defined in writing.
