If the Seller fails to include the cost of unique packing in the Purchase Rate the Purchaser need to pay to the Seller such expenses on need.

If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank bill rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of items and services tax, unless otherwise specified in composing.
